Ms. Shamika Date joined the team with her diverse experience in communication and collaboration. From successfully developing and implementing strategic workflow processes, expanding business opportunities, she has been bringing passion to her work with efficiently liaisoning with internal and external stakeholders and managing staff deployments to maximize productivity for several years. She advocates the use of the best practices in the industry. The in-house newsletter of the Vansum Group is her brainchild and she is currently the Editor-in-Chief.
She is also the chairperson of POSH (Prevention on Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace) Committee at the Vansum Group of Companies. She has initiated various sports and cultural activities for the IT companies at Pune IT Park.
Ms. Shamika has a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with National Merit Scholarship Award and an Advance Diploma in IT.
When Ms. Shamika is not working, she indulges in travelling, gardening, or doodling.
