Mr. Sunil Vanarse is the Founder of Vansum Group of Companies, which recently completed its golden jubilee. Mr. Sunil Vanarse holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from ICT (formerly UDCT), Mumbai. What describes Mr. Vanarse the best is the line – ‘All dreams come true if one has the courage to pursue them.’ Always a believer and an achiever, he radiates absolute enthusiasm and energy. His hard work and dedication have been the key factors in his journey towards success. His innovative approaches, belief in honesty and excellent leadership qualities have built a strong foundation for the Vansum Group of Companies since the very beginning. Mr. Vanarse is also a passionate philanthropist, an ardent environmentalist and a photography and art enthusiast.

Mrs. Surekh Vanarse believes that the key traits to keep oneself and the people connected are - belief and perseverance. Mrs. Vanarse is also the Director of the Vansum Group of Companies. She is a former Director of a Cooperative Bank. She is a people’s person who maintains a strong connection and communication between people from all the departments to ensure smooth management. Mrs. Vanarse holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ruia College, Mumbai. She believes in making a lasting difference while staying authentic as a person. Her passion for nature drives her to farms for organic cultivation. She is a passionate gardener, a gifted artist, and a traveler at heart.

A dynamic and charismatic personality, Ms. Reshma joined the Vansum Group in 2009 as CFO and has taken over as the Group CEO in early 2020. Prior to joining the Vansum Group, Ms. Reshma has extensively worked in the SME & Private Banking space with leading banks like Citibank (Singapore & Mumbai), BNP Paribas (Bangalore) & ANZ Grindlays (Delhi). Ms. Reshma is a silver medallist in B.E. Polymers from the University of Pune and she holds a Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI Hyderabad. Additionally, she has completed various Management Development Programs such as Women's Management Program in Family Managed Businesses from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai and Family Business (FBOSIS) and Enhancing Leadership Skills (ELCPW) from IIM, Ahmedabad. With her optimistic approach and extensive experience in the area of business strategy, client relationship management and project finance, she is driving the business towards favoring strategies with strong financial bedrock. Ms. Reshma supports noble cause through various NGOs. Other than working, Ms. Reshma's passions include yoga and fitness, travelling, playing guitar, and reading.

Ms. Shamika Date joined the team with her diverse experience in communication and collaboration. From successfully developing and implementing strategic workflow processes, expanding business opportunities, she has been bringing passion to her work with efficiently liaisoning with internal and external stakeholders and managing staff deployments to maximize productivity for several years. She advocates the use of the best practices in the industry. The in-house newsletter of the Vansum Group is her brainchild and she is currently the Editor-in-Chief. She is also the chairperson of POSH (Prevention on Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace) Committee at the Vansum Group of Companies. She has initiated various sports and cultural activities for the IT companies at Pune IT Park. Ms. Shamika has a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with National Merit Scholarship Award and an Advance Diploma in IT. When Ms. Shamika is not working, she indulges in travelling, gardening, or doodling.

A man of high integrity, authenticity and self-confidence, Mr. Indranil Date has taken the organization to the highest level with his right attitude, temperament, and beliefs. Mr. Date has 10 years of varied professional experience in various MNCs in India and overseas, in the areas of Software Development as well as Petroleum business. Mr. Date has received many awards for his significant contribution to the fields of his expertise. Mr. Date is leading the Purchasing and Supply Chain Management. Consistently, he is dedicated to maintain a reputation built on increasing quality, customer service and uncompromising ethics. In his leisure, Mr. Date enjoys reading, travelling, and playing tennis and Tabla.

Mr. Dhananjay Dhamankar, Pune IT Park's General Manager since 2022, radiating an energetic and cherished leadership persona. With an impressive 40-year tenure at L&T Group in Facility and Administration space across multiple cities, Mr. Dhamankar brings unparalleled experience to the Vansum Group. A proud alumnus of Somaiya College, Mumbai, he holds an engineering diploma. His positive outlook and extensive expertise in business strategy, client relationship management and project management have been instrumental in shaping Vansum’s success. Notably, Mr. Dhamankar's proficiency in Project, Vendor and asset management has been transformative for Vansum Group, propelling it to new heights. His valuable inputs have played a pivotal role in steering the company toward innovation and excellence. Beyond his corporate endeavors, Mr. Dhamankar is deeply committed to social causes, actively contributing to various NGOs and engaging in social work. His passions extend to fitness and singing showcasing a multifaceted personality.
