- The Incubation Centres are available in varying sizes, offering 1 to 25 independent workstations, with round the clock access
- Ready to use facilities, furnished with linear or curvilinear workstations.
- Reliable power supplies with UPS and diesel generator backup.
- Smart Office Telephone system and broadband internet connection.
- Area offered on a lesser lease period, adapting to the changing needs of the clients.
- Air-conditioned premises, AC available between 09.00 AM to 09.00 PM.

- Auditorium with adjoining hall (available on hire).
- Audio Video facilities like projector (available on hire).
- Services of the front office during the working days.
