Mr. Sunil M. Vanarse (MD)
is a Chemical Engineer from UDCT, Mumbai. After finishing his studies he started his own chemical manufacturing unit in 1970, by the name of Vansum Industries as a proprietary concern in Pune. With its success for over 3 decades, in 1995 the plant was relocated outside the city by the name of Reshmika Chemical Products Pvt. Ltd., now known as Kemtech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

With the change in the Industrial atmosphere and the importance being accorded to IT Sector, Pune IT Park was launched by Mr. Vanarse in the Year 2000.

Pune IT Park, the brain child of Mr. Vanarse, is the FIRST Private IT Park in India. It is developed privately and it offers all infrastructure facilities to the IT and Software Companies.

The Government of Maharashtra, Directorate of Industries has recognized and awarded Mr. Vanarse as an Outstanding Entrepreneur for the year 2000 in Pune District.

The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International has also honored Mr. Vanarse as a “Paul Harris Fellow?

He is a member of Advisory Committee of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Muktangan Exploratory Science Centre, Pune.

He is also a Trustee of Ichalkaranji Education Endowment Fund, which helps the cause of spreading education by awarding scholarship to the needy and deserving students in the society.

He is ever young and his entrepreneurship has made him go for launching a project in Gujarat at Panoli with backward integration plan of acquisition of mines in Indonesia.


Mrs. Surekh Vanarse
was a Director of Cosmos Coop. Bank, Pune for the last ten years. She is also associated with all these companies in the capacity of Director.


Mr. Mohan G. Deshmukh (CEO)

joined Vansum Industries in 1998. He is associated with the project Pune IT Park since the planning stage. He has an administrative experience of over two decades in a Semi Government Organisation. After prematurely resigning from the said Government Service, he was involved in the project implementation and commissioning of a EOU Unit of a Public Limited Company as a Vice President. Presently he is appointed as a Group CEO and is looking after the day to day management of the Group Companies Kemtech Solutions Pvt Ltd and Reshmika Minerals & Chemicals Pvt Ltd.
